Corona Virus Alert: Live meditations for peace during this difficult time. 

If you are feeling a little panicky about the Corona virus, you are not alone. As you’re being inundated with unsettling news every hour, you too can be infected by the contagions of anxiety, stress, and panic. Being in a state of unsettledness and fear not only lowers your immunity, but it can also make rational decisions difficult as you become more reactive and less present to what is really going on.

Through April 15, you are invited to join a live guided meditation and discussion offered daily at 9 am PT, 12 noon PT, and 4 pm PT,(12 noon ET, 3 pm ET, and 7 pm ET,) with Sarah McLean and friends.

It’s a 30-minute call where you’ll be guided into a soothing meditation and take part in a short discussion. It’s held online free and you can invite your friends.
