As you’re being inundated with unsettling news every hour, you too can be infected by the contagions of anxiety, stress, and panic. Being in a state of unsettledness and fear not only lowers your immunity, but it can also make rational decisions difficult as you become more reactive and less present to what is really going on.

You are invited to join a live guided meditation and discussion offered daily at 9 am PT and 4 pm PT, with Sarah McLean and friends. 

It’s a 30-minute call where you’ll be guided into a soothing meditation and take part in a short discussion. It’s free and you can invite your friends.
